When you book a storage container with us you will receive a phone number to call to open the gate.
Customers are responsible for providing a lock and for ensuring their unit is locked prior to leaving the site. Notice terms for ending your storage are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
All goods stored with us must be insured for their full replacement value. You can use your own insurer, but we recommend Store Protect, our cover designed specifically for self storage, with protection up to £50,000.
