All required details and documents will be emailed for unassisted access. If you need to meet the Storage Manager, you can contact them and book an appointment.

The majority of our containers are premium ground floor units, where you can drive up to the containers in order to load and unload.

Some of our containers are stair access containers. To access these units, we still provide you with parking on site. Please review your booking or contact us to confirm which option you have picked.

All of our storage agreements are monthly rolling. To end your storage, simply give us one month's notice before your next bill date.

Yes. All goods stored with us must be insured for their full replacement value. You can use your own insurer, but we recommend Store Protect, our cover designed specifically for self storage, with protection up to £50,000.

Please don't store flammable or combustible materials, chemicals, explosives, perishable food or anything illegal. The full list is in our Terms and Conditions.

Storage is paid monthly in advance. You pay your first month online when you book, and you'll receive your confirmation and keypad access details by email.
