Can I park a van or trailer in the yard?
Yes — the yard is sized to take a transit-style van or a small trailer with room to spare. Larger vehicles, plant or multiple trailers may need a bigger unit; just ask and we’ll talk it through.
Is there power inside the container?
Yes, our containers come with internal lighting and a power supply. Great for charging tools, running a light or working out of the unit during the day.

Can I run a business from the address?
You can use the unit and yard as a working base for storage, loading and vehicle parking. The site isn’t intended as a registered business address or a public-facing premises — give us a call if you’d like to discuss what’s allowed.
