Insurance and What You Can Store
We don’t insure your goods, so they must be insured before they come on site. You can arrange cover through Store Protect.
We can’t store flammable or combustible materials, chemicals, perishable food, or other hazardous items. Goods must belong to you, so check our Terms and Conditions before storing any hired-in kit.
Security
Stock and stall equipment represent money a trader has already spent, so every site includes:
- Secure gated entry. When you book, you're given a number to call to open the gate, and only programmed numbers can open it
- CCTV recording 24 hours a day
- Ply-lined, ventilated units to help protect equipment from damp
- Bring your own padlock, as customers provide their own lock
